イソクエン酸及びイソクエン酸ラクトンは医薬品や生分解性プラスチックの前駆体として二酸化炭素を原料として合成できる有用な分子である。本発表では、イソクエン酸脱水素酵素を触媒とした2-オキソグルタル酸への二酸化炭素固定に基づくイソクエン酸塩生産とイオン液体・緩衝液混合媒体内でのリパーゼを触媒としたイソクエン酸ラクトン生産について報告する。
