組織発生，病態形成，再生医療における細胞の挙動や相互作用の解析は，生命現象の理解に不可欠であり，in vivoでの細胞系譜解析手法が発展してきた．特に，Genetic lineage tracingを用いた細胞運命追跡や，レインボーマウスによる複数細胞系譜の識別，scRNA-seqやSpatial Transcriptomicsとの統合解析が進んでいる．本セッションでは，細胞系譜解析の知識や技術，得られる情報や活用法について議論し，学会では十分に扱われないテーマについて活発な意見交換を行う予定である．
