部分床義歯治療を成功させるためには回転変位の制御が重要である．しかし，義歯の難症例においては，いかに設計を工夫しても限界がある．近年，インプラントを併用した部分床義歯（以下，IRPD）が用いられるようになり，義歯の回転変位の制御に対して効果を発揮することがわかってきた．しかし，IRPD治療の歴史は浅く未だ不明な点が多い．本シンポジウムでは，IRPDの真の有効性について会員の皆様と議論したい．
