2025年12月に３次元プリント有床義歯が保険収載され，デジタルデンチャーは特別な技術から日常臨床の選択肢へと位置づけが変わることとなった．本シンポジウムでは，保険収載に至った背景や制度上の位置づけを整理するとともに，印象採得・咬合採得・試適といった臨床ステップ，設計・造形を含む技工作業や修理・メインテナンス，さらに臨床エビデンスについて多角的に解説する．３次元プリント有床義歯を保険診療下で安全かつ適切に活用するための理解を深めることを目的とする．
