近年，骨疾患の分子機構や再生医療の理解は急速に進展しており，膨大な情報を統合的に解析するには，ゲノム解析やプロテオミクス解析をはじめとするバイオインフォマティクス技術の活用が不可欠となっている．
本セッションでは，骨疾患の発症機序や組織再生におけるバイオインフォマティクス応用の最前線を共有し，データ駆動型研究の方法論に加え，基礎研究から実臨床への応用展開の可能性についても議論したい．
