Toward the upcoming Internet of Things (IoT) society, the development of high-performance organic integrated circuits is highly required due to their flexible and lightweight features. For this purpose, we have proposed to employ multivalued logic circuits based on antiambipolar transistors (AATs) because the transistor exhibits a negative differential transconductance (NDT) even at room temperature. In this talk, we report on the observation of two NDT regions in the ID-VG curve by adjusting the position of the p-n junction and the drain voltage, where two AATs are connected in parallel. We believe that this finding leads to the realization of a quaternary logic circuit with well-balanced output voltages.
