Topological waveguides fabricated by the valley kink states have been demonstrated to work as a function of a topologically robust waveguide with high efficiency even in sharp bending. This enables the enhanced tolerance in the device dimension and low optical loss of photonic devices by utilizing topological phases.In this paper, we study a THz waveguide based on the bearded-type VPC structures and demonstrate Mux/DeMux operation structure in the THz frequency region.
