The author believes that the key point to human resource development in science is to sustain the human resource development that the author has conducted, even after the author is gone, while changing in a way that responds to the needs of the times and society.
In the present report, three of the author's human resource development practices, which are intended to expand and deepen learning and to enhance the sustainability of activities in individual concrete efforts, are reported.
