A gamma-ray detection system that combines the selective measurement of small-angle Compton gamma rays and anti coincidence method is developed for sensitive measurement of 478 keV gamma-rays emitted from a human body during BNCT treatment. In this presentation, we will discuss the simulation calculation and the fabrication and performance evaluation of a sub detector.
