Organic phototransistor exhibits a photoresponse and signal amplification function and is attracting much attention for flexible and wearable optoelectronic applications. Surface plasmon resonance can enhance light absorption in organic materials and would improve photoresponse. In this study, pentacene field-effect transistor having plasmonic organic solar cell was prepared and its fundamental property was investigated.
