OFETs are utilized as a method to evaluate the carrier mobility of organic semiconductor materials. We have synthesized various semiconductor materials for organic thin film solar cells, and in this study, OFETs of various semiconductor materials have been fabricated and evaluated for the purpose of evaluating the carrier mobility of these organic semiconductors. In this study, we fabricated top-gate OFETs using the new polymer DPP Derivative material PEDPP-S-EH (Fig. 1) as a semiconductor layer, which was synthesized as a narrow bandgap polymer for organic thin film solar cells, and evaluated the results.
