Perovskite solar cells are lightweight and highly efficient solar cells that can be manufactured by the printing method. However, their measurement and evaluation methods are still in the research stage. In this study, researchers developed and verified a measurement circuit that can short-circuit the solar cells, use the MPPT method, insert a load resistance, or apply a power supply load when the current-voltage characteristics and the solar cells are unmeasured according to the purpose of durability evaluation of multiple perovskite solar cells. They were able to measure the current-voltage characteristics of 4-terminal method even when the cable length exceeds 30m.
