Perovskite solar cells are manufactured by spin-coating materials and vacuum evaporation to fabricate electrodes. In this respect, alternative methods to vapor deposition are desired. We have been investigating a method of electrode extraction by heat press treatment of ITO-PEN film on a film substrate. ITO-PEN or ITO-PET film is pressed onto a perovskite and hole transport layer, spiro-OMeTAD. Furthermore, we have been investigating a manufacturing method to make solar cells by inserting carbon or other materials between the transparent conductive films. We aim to apply this method to the lamination of transparent conductive films as electrodes for large solar cells by further research.
