Non-fullerene organic photovoltaics (OPV) rarely adopt inverted structured devices using PEDOT:PSS as the hole-transport layer because of the low wettability. However, for future large-area fabrication, it is very meaningful to study solution-process fabrication methods for OPV devices. In this study, we found that inverted OPVs with PEDOT:PSS HTL formed on PM6:Y6 in a nitrogen glove box showed far better performance than those with PEDOT:PSS formed in the ambient air. We will discuss the relation between oxygen or humidity in the atmosphere and the formation of PEDOT:PSS on such non-fullerene OPVs.
