[Hdabco][ReO4] (1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane perrennium acid) is a promising alternative inorganic ferroelectric material. In this talk, I will explain the principle of a new method to visualize domains in three dimensions by statistical analysis of terahertz waveforms generated by the optical rectification effect by femtosecond laser irradiation. In addition, I will discuss the results of visualizing the domain structure of [Hdabco][ReO4] single crystals using this method. We show that three-dimensional visualization is possible by using machine learning algorithms analyzing waveforms considering the propagation of laser pulses and terahertz waves. This method can also be applied to ferroelectrics, pyroelectrics, and ferromagnets, and can distinguish multiaxial and multiphase domains.
