[20a-C401-3] Preparation of BSCCO/Cu_xO junctions by MOD method

In this study, we aimed to fabricate a novel superconductor/semiconductor junction exhibiting photoresponse by a method with low environmental impact, and prepared a prototype BSCCO/Cu_xO junction by the MOD method. The Cu_xO thin film had a bandgap of about 2 eV and a resistivity of about 0.1 Ωm. The current-voltage characteristics of the BSCCO/Cu_xO junction were linear and non-rectifying ohmic characteristics.
