We evaluated the relationship between plasma emission color for N-DLC film formation and cell affinity of N-DLC.Plasma was observed and cells were cultured by changing the mixing ratio of N2 to the source gas.As a result of the experiment, the N2mixture ratio of 0% and 40% inhibited cell growth, and 60% and 80% tended to promote it.When the emission color of plasma is represented on the chromaticity diagram, the slope of the straight line changes, and the cell growth rate also changes. From the above, it was suggested that it is possible to estimate the membrane function from the luminescence state of the plasma.
