La1-xSrxMnO3 (LSMO) is a functional oxide with a perovskite structure. The electrical and magnetic properties of LSMO can be controlled by the amount of Sr doping. In this study, LSMO polycrystalline thin films are prepared using the metalorganic decomposition (MOD) method, which is relatively easy to fabricate. Previously, we gave talks at the conference on the electrical and magnetotransport properties of LSMO thin films at x = 0.00, 0.08, 0.15, and 0.30. In the present study, LSMO polycrystalline thin films with x = 0.40 were prepared and their electrical and magnetic conduction properties were investigated.
