Since superconducting wires are extremely expensive, it is necessary to reduce the cost. As a means of improving this problem, epitaxial growth of conductive oxides on an oriented Ni substrate and epitaxial growth of YBCO on top of the conductive oxides will simplify the structure of superconducting wires and lead to lower cost. In this study, we focused on RENiO3 (RNO), a mixture of GdNiO3 and LaNiO3, and searched for conditions for RNO epitaxial growth. Then, YBCO was deposited on the RNO epitaxial film, and the conditions for epitaxial growth were explored.
