This research reports on the development of a machine learning model designed to discover suitable dispersants for the dispersion of carbon nanotubes (CNTs). Using data from CNT aqueous dispersions, the model was constructed by using various experimental variables and molecular descriptors as explanatory variables to predict the concentration of CNTs in aqueous solutions. This model was used to predict the potential of organic compounds collected from public databases as dispersants, leading to the discovery of new dispersants. These discoveries have the potential to improve the effective use of CNTs.
