In this study, we evaluated the anisotropic response of second harmonic generation (SHG) to circularly polarized excitation in two-dimensional layered perovskite thin films incorporating chiral organic cations. As a result, a highly efficient anisotrpic response with a maximum g value of approximately 1.6 was obtained. Furthermore, we reveal the contribution of magnetic interactions in the nonlinear optical processes, which leads to the significant anisotropic response.
