[20p-P01-1] Development of radiation detector using CH₃NH₃PbBr₃ perovskite single crystal

We have started development of a radiation detector using perovskite semiconductor aiming at application in particle and nuclear physics experiments. As perovskite semiconductor, we chose CH₃NH₃PbBr₃ single crystal which is easy to be produced and has lead in its comonent whose atomic number is large. We have succeeded to produce CH₃NH₃PbBr₃ single crystals and fabricated signal readout circuit boards. The status of development of radiation detector assemblying thse components will be presented.
