Aiming at physical reservoir application of random array of gold nanoparticles, we created circular resist holes in the nanogap between 6-terminal gold electrodes and formed random array of gold nanoparticles by multi-step liquid immersion method. A tunnel barrier was formed on the surface of the electrode and gold nanoparticles by modifying the insulating layer decandithiol. Arbitrary waveform generation, which is one of physical reservoir application tasks, was demonstrated by inputting a sine wave into one terminal and performing ridge regression on the output from the other terminal in liquid helium (4.2K).
