In surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices for micro-droplet actuators, it is important that the droplet shape does not change before and after transfer. The position method is SLIPS (Slippery Liquid-Infused Porous Surfaces) processing. In this study, we optimized the SLIPS processing method and evaluated SLIPS. Improvement of the processing method enabled SLIPS processing with high reproducibility. From the measurement of the power required for droplet transfer, it was found that up to 20 times of droplet transfer on SLIPS using SAW is good.
