[20p-P08-12] Substrate temperature dependence of orientation and growth mode of pentacene
sub-monolayer films

We focused on the substrate temperature dependence of the initial process of thin film formation, including the temperature at which pentacene is oriented in parallel. By preparing submonolayer thin films with different coverage, we observed the stepwise growth process of the formed islands. By analyzing the substrate temperature dependence of nuclear density and the growth direction of islands, we investigated the substrate temperature dependence of orientation and growth pattern in pentacene submonolayer films.
