The Nanoscale electrocrystallization, our original electrochemical method, can site-selectively fabricate nanocrystals only in the gap between two electrodes. This method enables us to fabricate bridged structures between two electrochemical electrodes with nanocrystals. Furthermore, it is possible to measure the electronic properties of nanocrystals using these bridged structures. In this presentation, we will report fabricated nanocrystals using tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) as the starting material, and the electrical properties of the nanocrystals. We will also discuss the formation control and the correlation between their crystal structure and electrical properties in detail.
