Non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasmas have been applied to in the field of life science. Thus far, plasma has been used to control cells’ activities. However, plasma exposure of individual organisms has not investigated well. This is because actual signaling in organism is too complicated for analyzing effects of plasma. In this study, we used C. elegans, which is frequently used as a model organism in various studies such as neuroscience. Here, chemotaxis of C. elegans upon plasma exposure was analyzed.
