The control and prediction of molecular arrangement in solids, i.e., crystal structure, which significantly affects the carrier transport properties of organic semiconductors, is an unsolved issue. In this talk, the authors will report on the control of the crystal structure of molecular semiconductors based on molecular modification, and discuss the possibility of predicting the crystal structure of unknown molecules for searching for high-performance materials.
