All-dielectric metasurfaces under intense laser pulse induce the nonlinear optical phenomena such as high harmonic generation (HHG). In our study, we use a multiscale simulation method coupling the electromagnetic simulation and the electron dynamics simulation based on semiconducting Bloch equation; we investigate the optical response of laser excited Si nanocylinder array and analyze the HHG component of at the vicinity of the nanostructures. In the presentation, I will explain the near field distribution, the shape dependence of HHG behaviors.
