It is difficult to estimate the relationship between the structure of a quantum dot network (QDN) and its fluorescence response. We propose a method for estimating the QDN structure by applying a cyber-physical system (CPS) to measurements. QDN structure, which is estimated based on mathematical model representing the energy change of the QDs, shows the responses similar to the experimental data. We confirmed the validity of the proposed method for estimating the QDN structure.
