In SrTiO₃ deformed by indentation using a nanoindenter, it has been reported that novel properties, such as second harmonic generation and piezo-response, which are not observed in the bulk, appear in SrTiO₃. In this presentation, we report on the work function measurement of SrTiO₃ near the indentation using a scanning probe microscope.
