In our previous report, we demonstrated the detection of laser induced damage in optical elements by vibration detection using a laser Doppler vibrometer with the same accuracy as microscopic observation. In this report, we report that we were able to identify the position of laser induced damage by analyzing the vibration information of laser induced damage.
