In order to increase the rated current of a superconducting DC cable, it is essential to supply a well-balanced current to all tapes, but there have been few reports on the measurement of the current distribution in the cable core. Therefore, we have developed a method to measure the self-magnetic field distribution by scanning the Hall element around the cable core, but there were some problems. In this presentation, we show the measurement result after improving the measurement technique
