In recent years, wearable devices have been attracting attention due to growing interest in health consciousness. Our group has developed a flexible ECG sensor that has a mechanical flexibility and can acquire electrocardiogram information. I will report on the development of a detection system for falls, activity, and arrhythmia for remote monitoring of elderly people based on the data obtained from accelerometers mounted on a circuit that wirelessly communicates the ECG information.
