The graphene/ferroelectric junction has attracted attention for its potential application in graphene transistors, as it allows for control of graphene carriers through ferroelectric spontaneous polarization . We have focused on improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency by utilizing the ferroelectric bulk photovoltaic effect in this structure and have previously investigated the band structure at the interface of graphene/BiFeO3 (BFO) . However, there remains a challenge of limited reproducibility in graphene transfer. Therefore, in this study, we attempted surface modification of the BFO thin film through UV irradiation and oxygen plasma treatment, and extensively investigated the effects of these surface treatments on graphene transfer.
