Organic molecules (iron phthalocyanine (FePc) and oligothiophene (α-6T)) are used for structural analysis of domain boundaries on polycrystalline graphene prepared by chemical vapor deposition. In this study, α-6T thin films on graphene were measured by atomic force microscopy, micro-Raman spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. We report the results of these measurements and the results of our discussion of the mobility changes due to molecular adsorption based on the changes in the properties of field-effect transistors with α-6T thin films deposited on graphene.
