In this presentation, the overview of QST-Foundational Quantum Technology Centre initiatives is presented. We explain recent research results such as quantum material development and quantum state control using optical technology being promoted at the centre, as well as our efforts as a research hub for industry-academia-government collaboration to develop a research environment for industrial users to use and test the quantum technologies. We also present future plans and deployment of this centers for promotion of quantum technology.
