To fulfill Internet of Everything society, the development of high-performance organic integrated circuits is required. We achieved the room temperature observation of negative differential transconductance in organic antiambipolar transistors in 2007. Since then, we have demonstrated attractive logic circuits based on the AATs, e.g., multivalued logic circuits, ternary logic-in-memory and reconfigurable two-input logic circuits. In this talk, we introduce the current progress of above-mentioned organic logic circuits.
