We present the electrical detection of emergent magnetotransport phenomena originating from the non-coplanar spin structure and its transition in the prototypical spin ice insulator Dy2Ti2O7 by constructing a coherent heterointerface with a non-magnetic metal Bi2Rh2O7. We observe a sign inversion in the anomalous Hall resistivity, reflecting the sign inversion of the emergent field triggered by the spin flop transition in Dy2Ti2O7, which is not feasible in conventional interfaces of a non-magnetic metal and an insulating magnet.
