MoSe2/SWNT hybrid material had been synthesized using by mixing SWNT with Na2MoO4.H2O and Se as the precursors with N2H4 as the reducing agent. This work aims to study the nonlinear dynamics properties arising from the hybrid material for a potential application as in-materio reservoir computing device by investigating the resistive switching behaviour from I-V measurements. Lissajous plot have also shown capabilites of nonlinear transformation of 11Hz sine wave input. The input sine wave (11Hz) and its output was converted by Fast Fourier Transform to obtain amplitude characteristics against frequency and high harmonic generation was obvserved.
