D-A converters with RSFQ circuits are expected to be applied AC voltage standards because of their performance to generate high precision voltage based on the Josephson effect. The Σ-SBS type D-A converter with pulse frequency modulation can modulate the SFQ pulse frequency up to 100 GHz. In this study, we propose and design a microwave generater for qubit control as a new application of the Σ-SBS D-A converter. Furthermore, designed microwave generater generated the signals corresponding to pseudo-sin wave at 1GHz by simulation.
