Spin-wave excitation and spin current generation by the surface acoustic waves (SAW) and magnetoelastic effects have been actively studied. It has been reported that the SAW frequency dependence of the spin-wave intensity depending on the excitation mechanism. It is important to investigate the SAW frequency dependence of the acoustic spin wave intensity. In this study, to analyze the microscopic origins of the acoustic spin-wave excitation in Ni films quantitatively, we investigate the frequency dependence of the acoustic spin-wave amplitude using highly-order SAWs.
