We present an experimental study on the enhancement of the spin Hall angle (SHA) in epitaxial Mn3PtN/CoFeB bilayers, showcasing their potential positive effect of nitrogen, for efficient spin current generation in spintronics applications. The Mn3PtN compound belongs to the non-collinear antiferromagnetic (AFM) family Mn3AN which has attracted attention with Berry curvatures from Weyl points near the Fermi level and its chemical adaptability enabling control over functional properties.
