AFM has been used to observe peptide self-assembly on surfaces. However, it is difficult to observe macroscopic structures with AFM. Therefore, in our previous presentation, we showed that fluorescence observation using ThT is useful to measure peptide self-assembly status extensively and in real time. In this presentation, we quantitatively evaluated the correlation between the fluorescence observation results and AFM images.
