In this study, we proposed a method to identify the wavelength by estimating the potential peak W formed inside the filter-free wavelength sensor based on the silicon absorption coefficient and evaluated the identification results by irradiation of each wavelength. Identifying the wavelength with a maximum error rate of 1.8% was possible when the 500-800 nm wavelength was irradiated. Furthermore, it is possible to identify the wavelength without error by using the absorption coefficient of the filter-free wavelength sensor.
