In this study, a ring-shaped multi-biosensor with a structure in which the ring part is supported by four beams was fabricated to measure the mass and ions during the fertilized egg cleavage process for developing a quantitative evaluation method for in vitro fertilized eggs. The output amplitude of the sensor was measured when a polystyrene bead with the same diameter as a mouse-fertilized egg was loaded on the ring part, and the sensitivity of mass detection for different beam lengths was evaluated.
