For the development of a simple and highly sensitive biosensor, we propose an enzyme-loaded graphene chemiresistor immunoassay that combines an enzyme immunoassay with a graphene chemiresistor. This time, we quantitatively verified the antigen detection ability of this method, and we report the results.
