The study of the proximity effect in the junction of a superconductor and a ferromagnet is expected to contribute to the realization of superconducting spintronics. Although there are few studies on the proximity effect in nitride-based junctions, the unique reduction of the proximity effect in nitride-based junctions, such as the appearance of a peculiar magnetic structure, has attracted much attention. In this study, we report on epitaxial growth of Fe4N, which exhibits high Curie temperature and high spin polarization, and NbN, which exhibits high Tc, and detailed investigation of the proximity effect from the viewpoint of electrical and magnetic properties.
