Spinel (MgAl₂O₄) of various colors can be obtained by adding transition metal ions such as Cr, Ni, and Ti, and are used for jewelry. As a result of examining the effects of various crystal growth conditions (Fe concentration, atmosphere gas, composition ratio, etc.) on spinel doped with iron (Fe), bicolor spinel were successfully grown.
