When a liquid cell with window is used for terahertz time-domain spectroscopy, multiple reflection inside the window must be taken into account due to limitations of the window material in order to confirm the presence or absence of air bubbles inside. For a model including the window of a liquid cell, the transmittance of a multi-layered structure has been obtained by simulation for a long time, but there are few reports of obtaining the transmission function for analyzing the physical properties by summarizing the calculation process. Therefore, we substituted the boundary conditions of the model into Maxwell's equations to obtain exact analytical solutions, and tried to measure distilled water.
